I am writing a review for your emergency services because I called in on the evening of October 17th because my neighbor had a house fire. She is a single mom with two little kids. I was contacted a couple hours later by your on-call technician, Jerome, and he told me that there was nothing that could be done that day, because the office was already closed, but that he would definitely call me on the 18th around 11am, I am yet to hear from him. I called the office back, but the answering service said that she could take a message, but there was nothing that could be done until Monday morning. I just feel that there are services that could be provided over the weekend. Your on-call people should have pagers or something. Yes, no one ever plans to have an emergency, but when they do arise people should be more caring and understanding to peoples needs.
