My family had a negative experience with Wells Fargo (the business in general, no particular location). The customer service is awful. For several months, all they did was call and harass us about a car payment that we did not even owe them. Sometimes they would call more than 5 times a day! The customer service representatives were extremely rude and discourteous. They kept trying to charge us $150 for car insurance, which we already had elsewhere. Apparently, they had no proof we were already insured. Then they kept charging late fees for not paying for the car insurance. It took 5-6 months to finally settle things. What a nightmare!
