I do not know of any of my friends who doesn't like Kohl's. When they clearance their clothing, they have some really great deals! Naturally, the junior department isn't as clean as others as teenagers tend to be messier. Clothing seems to always be in the dressing room, but I've been to so many stores that have that, that it doesn't bother me too much anymore.
