This was the worst haircut I've ever had...she (Kristina) didn't even ask how much I wanted cut off first! Suddenly, I saw that a HUGE amount of my hair was being cut and layered. At least hair grows back, but avoid this at all costs! You should get what you ask for, or wait, they should start with asking you!!!
