I needed some rechargable batteries so I went to Radio Shack. I found the batteries pretty quickly since the store is well organized and has signs guiding you to what you need. However, there's a weird smell that I've not smelled at other Radio Shacks, just warning you. I ended up buying a dead battery (it would not charge in the first place) and had a fit returning it. I ended up contacting Radio Shack headquarters via e-mail and they said that returns should not be a hassle and then they sent me a gift certificate to buy a new working battery. However, I think I will use my gift certificate at a different Radio Shack rather than dealing with this one again.
