I have no experience with their skill as surgeons as I refuse to go back there. After seeing multiple dr.'s there for the same thing (they obviously don't read each other's notes nor care) I finally decided to look for another surgeon. In my opinion Dr. Phillips has the "bedside manner" of a constipated billy goat. Also, Dr. Phillips is a smoker. Bad smoke breath at every question, lens one or lens two? I'll take neither from this poorly run laser house.
