Poor customer follow up 11/8/2006

I work for a high-end company but was given a measly budget for an internal meeting. I contacted No Worries and specifically asked them if my budget was reasonable or if they would suggest a better budget. Read between the lines: I was asking them to arm me me with something to present my boss so I could get a bigger number! Instead, they said that our company could obviously afford better and I was wasting their time. It was very rude. A professional would have asked if the budget was flexible or if there was a way to present their services to convince my stingy manager that they were well worth it. Obviously, they didn't feel that we were worthy customers and I would not recommend them to anyone. more
