A real I don't care attitude
Bought Heroes 5 but it turned out I didn't have the right game card- brought it back same day with a receipt.
Not only did they refuse refund, but wouldn't allow for an exchange or store credit. They might as well have taken $50 from my wallet. They bring new meaning to the concept of buyer beware. Essentially they act as if stealing is OK. Would definitely avoid
