I took Younkers as a first job because I have been shopping here since I was 10. The community at Younkers is very nice and cooperative. There are rarely any major conflicts between employees and everyone here seems concerned for the customers as they should be. The biggest con is the computer system, which is a problem everywhere, but ours often prevents us from being able to help customers in the simplest of situations. Communication between locations is often difficult as well because the it seems most Younkers still use older phones that make it difficult to hear or understand what people are saying over the phone.
