It has been about a year since Matthew Milsaps roofing did my roof. Before hiring them, I had SEVEN roofing contractors come out to look at my roof and give estimates. Matthew Milsaps roofing beat everyone hands down. They were less expensive than the next cheapest roofer and they put on a 30 year dimensional roof instead of a 25 year roof like the other estimates. They were out in a timely fashion - about three weeks wait time. I was ok with this since I wonder about roofers who do not have a waiting list. When they came out to do the work, it was done in one day. I left for work with the old roof on the house and came home to the new roof. There was no construction debris - I haven't even found one nail on the ground. I am very, extremely pleased. The warranty they provide is top notch. They use Owens Corning products. I believe that their best value is the 30 year roof - you may be able to find a cheaper roofer if you do not care about the quality or longevity of your roof. Oh, and it looks really nice, too. :) Very pleased and I recommend them to all my friends who have been very pleased as well!
