I would recommend the Holt Cat Texarkana Field Service department, because of the good experience I had with the technician that repaired the undercarriage and idler wheel on my Cat 225 mini-excavator. The tech explained a lot and showed me some things to do to be more economical. He gave me some good recommendations and helped me out.
