I found the staff to be overbearing and a general culture of ambiguity seemed to permeate the staff and it seemed as though the Director Chico Daniels seemed to affirm such behavior by leading by example.
I was able to get a hot shower and a clean bed but I feel for anyone who is using the Guiding Light mission as it's primary support base. I'm afraid there are a lot of unrealistic expectations placed on people which of course results in them "playing the correct role" as long as they are in need of this network.
