We have visited this restaurant many times and had always been pleased. This past Saturday (11/04) was a night of nights. We ordered our drinks, and appetizers. Appetizers came and we asked for silverware. She came with water and spilled it on my husband. He had to ask for a napkin to wipe himself because she was more interested in wiping table only. When our drinks came mine was wrong and she forgot my husband's glass for his beer. Also the other gentlemen didn't get his coke. She brought another drink for me and it was still wrong. Finally the bar manager came over and I told her what I wanted and she got it right. The other gentlemen had to ask the bar manager to bring his coke. We asked our server for some silverware at least 4 times before we got it. Needless to say appetizers were a little cold. After we ordered our meal the other gentlemen was informed that they no longer had any rib eye steaks. So, this evening was not what I would call a good experience. more
