The zipper fell off a jacket I bought there just the day before. I had the receipt, and all I wanted was to exchange it for another jacket, but I was told there was nothing they could do because I had not kept the price tag. I'm not sure who is in the habit of wearing clothes with the price tag on but I am not. I was flippantly told that it was a "consignment shop." Well, if I had bought the jacket without a zipper in the first place that would make sense. However, I bought the jacket thinking the zipper was intact. At any rate, I guess they are doing so well they can afford to lose a customer. There are plenty of good consignment shops in the area. more
