One burner on my 5 burner propane kitchen stovetop was not receiving propane. I called DVP and the technician broke 2 more burners on the stovetop. This was in Sept. 06. For almost 2 months, they have given me a runaround, i.e., telling me that parts were ordered, when they were not, never returning my phone calls, etc.. I am being forced to go to someone else to fix or replace my stovetop, because DVP won't do it.
