I joined Curves in January 2004. Through exercise and eating healthier, I started to lose weight, slowly. However, the real impact of losing the weight occurred when I joined Body and Soul Fitness. Since January 2004, I have lost 48 pounds, 27 inches total, and 34.39 percent of my body fat. I have has also learned to eat well-balanced meals, and to choose healthier foods, overall. Foods that have worked for include salads and fish. I owe my new life, body and health to Body and Soul Fitness.
