I wish I could write a more in-depth reveiw of this establishment, but I was never given the opportunity. I'm currently serving this country in Iraq and wished to take care of my girlfriend even when i cannot be around to do it in person. So I contacted the Fountain Spa via e-mail to ask some questions and arrange a visit for my girlfriend. I never received any sort of response. After 3 attempts to contact them, I have yet to receive anything back from them. This reflects terrible customer service. And I'm fairly certain that it's not an issue with their e-mail provider that prevents them from responding. My e-mails were sent at fairly decent intervals. Having previously been employed with an internet service provider, i can say with certainty that e-mail issues are always resolved relatively soon. I'm incredibly disappointed with this place and I can assure you that I will not be providing them with any of my business. more
