We went to this place to order a headstone for my mom's grave. One thing I liked was that the staff was very understanding of our sorrow and grief. We had several problems with our order, the first being that they ordered the wrong color stone. Next, we had to wait three more months for the correct stone to arrive from China. Then while we waited, we discovered that another person's headstone was placed on our mom's grave. While there were many problems, they were good about correcting them all.
