We used Tony Norvell when we bought our house. We also used him to sell our condo. The one thing that I did not like was that he would give us false hope that our condo was going to sell. He would make comments that he could feel a contract coming on it....well it didn't for several months. He also was not that great at calling you back. I am not sure I would recommend him to others.
