i am really impressed with KBR's service. They gave me very detailed reports while they were working on our bathroom and they gave me an exact estimate of the work, timeframe, and costs. my only complaint was we had to change the material for the floors because the ones i wanted couldn't be sourced out although that's really not their fault and more of an issue with the supplier. i am definitely hiring them again for future projects.
