The only reason I went to Chic cuts to get my hair cut was purely and simply--location. It is smack dab on the first floor entrance of the Newpark Mall, so you cannot miss it. I was on a shopping run on a weekday and I wanted to get a trim and bangs at the same time to save me a trip to the hairdressers.
The salon is pretty bare looking with some hard benches to sit on as you wait. It took maybe 5 minutes for them to call my name and another 20 minutes to get a bob-style cut.
