We just had a bottom garage door rubber repair recently and were disappointed to see that it was not repaired properly. My sister insisted I call this licensed garage door company which I turned down at first of the thought that I would be spending more but when I gave it a shot, they were able to fix the problem and we never had to deal with the same problem again. It really pays to get a certified garage door company to do the job. Lesson learned.
