My A/C had always preformed well till now, what I didn't know was these things needed to be cleaned periodically. So I called Appliances NYC. They came and looked at my air conditioner. After that they showed me how much dirt it had accumulated in just 3-4 years of use. So I had it steam and chemically cleaned. Now after they had serviced the unit , they came back to re-install the A/C. The unit was returned looking spotless,, other than that it worked better than before.
