A definite fan here...Mike, our technician was early to our appointment, knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly diagnosed our dishwasher's problem, confirmed to see if the part was available for pick up and installed it. The whole process took about and hour. I really liked that he provided the costs of the repairs prior to proceeding - very professional.
