The other day, we went to another dim sum restaurant in Philly's Chinatown in search of the best in town. Thus far, I've tried Ocean Harbor, Joy Tsin Lau, H.K. Golden Phoenix and Ocean City (next to Sang Kee). I have to say that Ocean City is the best amongst these restaurants. I was surprised that there wasn't a line there, but I guess at 10:45 on a Sunday, it really just opened. The selection of items was really good and the food was very tasty. Everything was hot and fresh tasting unlike a few of the above mentioned restaurants. (Another dim sum place that I would recommend is H.K. Golden Phoenix.) One other great thing about this restaurant is that it has great neighbors. After dim sum, our friend went next door to Sang Kee to get some BBQ Pork for dinner, and then we went to the bakery next door to get some BBQ buns, Coconut Buns and Pineapple Buns for breakfast the next day. It's great when you can do one stop shop.
