I had hinted at the guy before leaving that since you have spoken so much about your exceptional service, as good faith, why don't you clean the stain. This guy throws a dialogue, "quality doesn't come cheap". These guys are so cheap that they advertise a service for cheap, turn around and say they'll parly do the work and ask you pay more for what you should ve got in the first place.
