The house is the same cheaply built product like much of whats built in Liberty Twp. However, the piss poor yard is shameful. Have they ever heard of a rock hound? My grass still looks lousy after 13 years all due to rocks, concrete and misc. garbage buried in the lawn. No grass would grow within 12"-18" from the edge of the sidewalks and driveway. Evidently when they poured the concrete they used 2x4 rails and had the subgrade way too low. The concrete oozed out from under the forms and hardended. Now there is 3" of clay atop the concrete - try growing or sustaining grass on that!!!!! I have spent days with spud bars, jackhammers removing this junk. The builder could have done it in moments when the concrete was wet, or better yet, learn how to grade a driveway. It would also be nice if Dixon hired plumbers that new how to properly compact the water and sewer services. I've spent hundreds of dollars on topsoil over the years filling in their trench settlings. Pathetic!!!!
If you're building with Dixon, ask for a credit and tell them you will hire a landscaper on your own.
