I have no idea of the quality of work of this business, I left my computer with them nearly 1 month ago and have not seen it again since. I have called many, many times and have been reassured that someone would get back to me with a status report on my computer, but I have only received one call back from the multitude of messages left. They were very helpful in copying some files for me early on to allow me to work on a project, and in fairness about 1 week of the wait was due to the need for parts, but they have not been responsive unless I call over and over again. Better customer response would be very helpful. I chose them because they appeared to be the quickest place in terms of wait to have the problem diagnosed, but this has not been the case. Employees are out unexpectedly, there is no communication on status between employees and definitely no communication with customers unless you call at the right time. more
