I have been a loyal customer of Bank One for 10 years. A week ago I deposited my regular pay check and I was told they have put a hold on my money. When I inquired why, no one knew anything. I was told to go to the branch when I got there no one knew why this happened. No explainations, nothing. When I went to take my money out a couple of days later, they wouldn't let me. I had to go through all this red tape. I am changing banks. If this is how they treat a loyal customer, I would hate to see how they treat someone new. Don't use the new Calumet City Branch.
