OK: I made a typo it seems. Or the site is having trouble. It's Qdoba, not Q Doba.
As the title says, I like Baja Fresh more than Qdoba since for the same price your food is really hot and fresh (not just assembly line food that is precooked) and their food tastes better. But Qdoba is in Center City, and Baja Fresh (that I know of ) is in the suburbs. So make your pick...
Entrees cost about $6 at Qdoba. Their tacos aren't that great, but I thought the Ranchero (?) burrito was nice. Be sure to ask for extra toppings because if you don't, they will give you meat, lettuce, salsa and cheese. That's all. Extra toppings don't cost extra.
If you are on your lunch hour, this place is great. It's bustling with office workers, and the prices are fair. The decor is better than at Wendy's or McDonald's, and the food is a notch up too. It's very clean inside.
Also the staff are fast. They work in an assembly line and they have you "rung up" before you can even pull out your pocketbook. Lines do get crazy sometimes though. Eat fast!
