I love good deals as much as the next person, but the so called closeout savings at TJ Maxx are just disgusting. Firstly, everything is on a couple big racks, not organized whatsoever, and you have to dig around to find anything! Then, you'll see a lot of returned goods that have obviously been worn numerous times- and they still want like $10 for them! Yes, you do see brand names like American Eagle, but the merchandise is second rate and I think that you'd be better off buying new merchandise at Target or Wal-Mart than the junk they sell here. If you want to check it out, they are in Marlton Crossings near HomeGoods, another store I don't like.
