I love Chinese food, and having heard about how nice P.F. Chang's China Bistro was, I decided to come. Well, it's like you're eating American cuisine with soy sauce and sculpted elephants on the walls. The place puts on a real show, but the food is not even tasty. I know that it is not authentic. It is bland and salty and greasy. There is no good selection. The staff are friendly and polite, though.
Sadly, this is one of only two restaurants in the Promenade at Sagemore, a high end shopping center.
