On the back of the Bofshever Chiro, there is a gym that is also owned by them, and they have it upto date with state of the art machines. It is pretty cheap too, you can pay a montly subscription or $6 a day for 1-2 hours in the morning. I go there everyday at around 6 AM, and it really isn't that full there personal trainers ready to help you and spot you if needed.
Great place to stay in shape.
