Whether I'm coming in for a manicure, hair cut or waxing, the employees at ZaZa always make me feel special. The cappuccino machine is great, too - so on the rare occasion when I have to wait, I get to enjoy a delicious latte. Rena is by far the best esthetician I've ever encountered - she is gentle, thorough, extremely personable and professional. This is the third salon I've followed her to, and would do it again if I had to! Unfortunately, I've recently moved to CA, but I've come back twice since my move for bikini waxes - she's THAT good! I know I'll be back again, too!
