Although I'm told that students from nearby Stockton College do frequent this bar, to me this will always be the ultimate townie bar. It's not especially clean (PLEASE do everything you can to avoid the lady's room), I've seen near-fights at the bar, bad musicians playing guitar, and always football on the TV's. But they have cheep pitchers of beer, friendly local servers, and knowledgeable bartenders. This is the place to go with your friends on a Friday night when you don't care what you look like or who you see.
During dinner hour this is actually a family restaurant with very good food, so the above comments only refer to the bar at night.
