Up until today the service was good. I called to confirm my appt. for this afternoon and was told I didn't have an appt. even though I booked it with their regular staff girl that does the phone, I feel this was done due to the fact that the stylist got an attitude when I call 1hour and 45 mintues before my appt. to cancel. Now on several occassions they have called to reschedule my appt. time and ask me to come in a day or or a couple of hours early and I did what I had to do, when I couldn't come in early or change my day because she was over scheduled i would be forced to cancel my appt. All give and take on my part but not theirs, this young lady told me today I pissed her off because when I cancelled my last week appt.I cost her money because she couldn't get anyone else in that spot, to hell with the fact that I've been coming there for the last year. What's up with the attitude its ok for you all to juggle my booked appts. but I can't cancel? This is bad business for this company!! Very Bad and I will be letting everyone know
