A few weeks ago I was in desperate need for a new cell phone( mine had gone through the wash...oops!) We were leaving the next morning for vacation and therefore a cell phone was something I didn't want to be without! I called cingular wireless and they told me to go to any retail store and I was eligible for a free upgrade. So I thought .....Great this should be a cinch!
With 3 kids in tow I traveled to the local mall to the cingular booth.........He wouldn't help me at all!! He in fact sent me to 2 other places in the mall......No help from them either. My last try was Best Buy. Byt hen the 3 kids were getting antsy.
I went to the sell booth center in the store and got immediate help. One associate entertained my children while the other helped me get a new cell phone and appropriate discount.....etc,
I was in and out of there so fast with their help it was wonderful! Their customer service is top notch!!
