Our rent has been raised by over 25% in just over 3 years! For this we (and I assume the other tenants) have had to put up with continual plumbing problems, theft in the building (locks to building and laundry room that took a LONG time to fix), a bug infestation, and more. None of these problems get addressed in a timely manner (not even close). Good luck getting a hold of anyone when something goes wrong. There are a LOT of apartments on Capitol Hill that are nicer and better taken care of for LESS money than what they are raising the rents to here. I've lived in apartments in Seattle for many years and know that it is often hard to get stuff fixed, but this building is beyond the pale - especially when they are now trying to charge a premium rent. I'm moving out and I recommend you do NOT move in!!!
