We just had family portraits taken there and most didn't turn out well. I feel that we were very rushed. they could have done some simple things to help like telling one of us that our hair was completely sticking up. The backgrounds they picked seemed inappropriate for what we were wearing and just seemed "off."
I don't feel my standards were too high. I just wanted a decent formal-ish portrait of my family. I will go elsewhere next time.
