Blue Moon Tattoo has by far been one of the cleanest, and friendliest shops I've ever been to. A friend and I both went to get tattooed, and both tattoos came out great. The shop is amazingly clean, and as for offensive materials mentioned in a former post I did not see anything of the sort. I would highly reccomend Blue Moon Tattoo to anyone who is looking for quality work, and a friendly enviroment.
