The Krystal in St. Augustine always has a relatively speedy drive through, but having had to go inside (as multiple people had separate orders) was an eye opener to say the least. I had the same exact experience roughly a year ago and I thought to myself "it can't possibly still be as bad." It was. Being accosted by a homeless person before entering (which I know I can't really blame on the restaurant) might have been the highlight of the visit. Not only does the ONE person behind the counter slowly lumber every single order over to each customer in the dining area, it seemed I couldn't even hear any other employees in the back. It was dead silent in there. It took about twenty minutes to place our order and receive it. We didn't get our fries and had to show her our receipt to prove we ever even ordered them. Krystal needs to learn that no one expects their food brought to their table at a restaurant whose floor is covered in garbage. The food was decent and reasonably priced, just don't EVER EVER EVER EVER go inside.
