The office made a scheduling error and scheduled my husband on the wrong date (a week later, when he was out of town for the whole week and could not have possibly be able to come). The reason my husband went to the doctor is that he has had strong heart pain in the past week and wanted an ECG and blood work done. He himself is a doctor and very busy traveling around the country and worldwide for his job. He never would have wanted to see a doctor unless he really felt he needed to, and in fact that was the first time he went to a doctor ever since we moved to town 4 years ago. Anyway, they turned him down saying that the doctors in the practice have a full schedule and could not be seeing him until after 14 days, and basically sent him home. It is unacceptable that they turn down a patient because of their scheduling error and with his hearth symptoms. I switched the family care provider immediately.
