Can I have negative stars?? I have been using Campbell nelson for a few years now, although I did not purchase my car there. So far on more than one occassion I have had the service department do work that really was not necessary. I had my car in for service in August 2006 for a loss of power issue. This amounted to a cleaning of the intake for $1000. The day I picked the car up I drove home and had the check engine light come on again !!, so back to the dealer I went. Of course they said they missed a piece of carbon and fixed the issue for no charge. TToday I took the car in for the check engine light (again) and now they are telling me there is a totally different issue and want $450 to fix it. I talked to several other shops around town that will do the same work for about half the cost. Long story short, I was told that because I have been in so many times that there was no charge to diagnose the problem, yet when i got there to pick up the car there was a $35 charge!! DO NOT USE THIS DEALER ESPECIALLY FOR SERVICE. more
