I have tried several places to have my hair done. I get highlights and lowlights every time. And every time it comes out different and never the exact way I want it. The same goes for Regis at the Citadel. The people are all very friendly, it's a bit pricey but I don't mind paying if it comes out like I want it. The guys and girls are all very good at what they do but no one at Regis has yet to get it right as far as I am concerned.
