Saw a SUV online called on Sat. morning at 9:01 a.m. showing my interest and explaining that I was from out of town and am willing to give deposit over the phone and fly in the same day for delivery. Ryan (Sales man) was very friendly and told me to fill out pre-approval form at their website which I did immediately and wait for a call back. After hearing nothing for an hour I called and was told by Rob (Ryan's Boss) to give him another 15 mins. Then, I receive an email from Ted (some un-known person) asking to fill out another credit app which I did and called Ryan back to confirm that they got it, just to find out and I quote " The vehicle was sold, Management made a decision to sell the vehicle" and this was at 11.30 a.m. If this is what kind of work ethics this dealership has then they should have told me from the start that this is how they treat customers with mis-leading information and hopes. Very un-professional!!! Definitely I do NOT recommend them! Good luck to the locals :/
