Horrible customer service!! Did not deliver flowers that were ordered online for Valentine's Day. Did not bother to call to say they wouldn't be able to make delivery. Didn't answer phone all day on Valentine's Day when I called to check the status about 20 times. Did not return any of multiple voicemails. When finally able to reach them the next day they didn't even appologize. They definitely ruined Valentine's Day, and I will never use them again!
