I am in escrow with this condo community and despite the wait, they have been very nice to me. The units have great floorplans and are located in a great area. I'm really pleased with the customer service I have received and the price of my unit. A new complex is going in behind this place which will probably raise the value even more. I will buy at all their future complexes as well.
