I have been using Heritage off and on since the 90's. I have never been disappointed. My only disappointments have come the few times that I have tried other service companies. Peter M. has been my tech the last two times that I needed service. Peter ROCKS! He is the best. I feel totally comfortable with his work, honesty, and integrity. He spent nine hours on one of the coldest days of the year not only fixing my furnace,(at a great value I might add), but actually improving its performance. While he was here he noticed a defect in my hot water system and fixed that before it let go completely. Thank you Peter M. and thank you Heritage. You have a customer for life. David K. Campbell
