called telling them that I believe my fuel pump went out and what is cost of labor and parts. the employee proceeded to tell me he doesnt do a quote over phone until they know if the fuel pump is the problem. I advised him im not going to tow my car to your business before getting a quote because If i cant afford it i cant pay to get my car towed elsewhere. he then argued with me that doesnt do diagnostics over phone because it may not be the fuel pump. All i was wanting was a quote, and because he argued with me he lost my business. more
