As soon as I called this company I knew I was going to have a pleasant experience with them and that they were going to do a good job. I first spoke to a woman over the phone who was extremely friendly and really knew what she was talking about. The technician who came out to my house was also extremely friendly and professional and did an excellent job removing the stains from my carpet.
